Technical Coordination Moving Catwalk |
Vrienden van Amstel(The Amstel Friends LIVE) is the annual celebration where creative and technical boundaries are pushed with extraordinary results. This year the traditional spectacular final brought the provinces of Brabant and Limburg literally closer together. Artists Guus Meeuwis and Rowwen Hèzewere united by means of a moving catwalk right above the heads of the audience which resulted in a stunning final performance!
Assigned by Interstage BV, T&E Support executed the technical coordination for this moving catwalk. In close cooperation with Wicreations from Belgium a movable bridge was created with a free-spanning area of 20m. By means of a telescopic lift and an integrated turntable it became possible to lift the bridge and turn this above the heads of the audience.
